This location makes it ideal for a true four-season home, with North Conway and skiing less than 30 minutes drive North and the large Ossipee Lake in your backyard for all your summertime water sports.
Ossipee also claims to be the "Home of the First Snowmobile" and it lives up to this reputation as it has many trails running right through the center of town. From the Ossipee trail network, snowmobilers can access the entirety of the Lakes Region, North Conway, White Mountains, The North Country, and Western Maine.
