Madison is a town located South of Conway, and it consists of the villages of Silver Lake and Edelweiss. Madison is most well known for its State Forest that is home to the Madison Boulder. This boulder is among the largest glacier erratics in the world, measuring roughly 83' long, 23' high, and 37' wide. It is estimated to weigh over 5000 tons.
Furthermore, the centerpiece to Madison is certainly the pristine Silver Lake, which is used year round for recreation including motor boating, kayaking, ice fishing, and sailing.
